… A 48-year-old quality control engineer was merging in his pick up truck onto the highway when another vehicle crashed into the back of his truck. His seatbelt latch broke and his knee hit the steering column. He also had a herniated disc in his lower back. A lawsuit was filed against the speeding driver and then settled for her policy limits.
