Truck driver’s insurance company picks up the claim and settles with injured couple.

…A 30-year-old young man was driving his car, merging onto the highway, with his 22-year-old girlfriend as his passenger.  When he stopped behind another car, a pick up truck crashed into the rear of his car. His car was a total loss. Both the young man and his girlfriend injured their necks. The girlfriend also had headaches.  After a claim was made, the case soon settled with the pick up truck driver’s insurance company.
