Sisters injured in crash with pickup on way home from school.

… A 17-year-old high school junior was driving home with her younger sister when a pickup truck turned into her vehicle.  She and her sister were both injured.  The junior had a large gash on the back of her head which needed sutured.  She also had concussion-like symptoms, including cognitive problems and dizziness.  The two girls’ claims were settled after a lawsuit was filed against the other driver.
