Retiree develops anxiety from car crash

… An 83-year-old retiree was riding in the car while his wife drove.  They were going to a church picnic. As they entered the intersection with a yellow light, a car coming in the opposite direction turned left in front of them.  There was a crash.  The retiree had chest injuries and a cervical strain, but his main problem was anxiety attacks that developed after the crash. After a lawsuit was filed, a Board of Arbitrators awarded the full amount available.
