Driver speeding to pick up her children wrecks into school aide’s SUV

… A 40-year-old part time school aide was driving her SUV with her husband and three daughters on the highway. They were returning from a wedding reception. A speeding car tried to pass them but came back into their lane, striking the left rear fender.  The SUV spun counter-clockwise and hit the guardrail.  The other driver was in a hurry to pick up her children from their babysitter.  The school aide injured her neck and upper back in the crash.  After a claim was made, the case settled with the speeding driver’s automobile insurance company.
