Sales person suffers airbag burn, neck sprain and concussion when oncoming car suddenly turns

… A 60-year-old furniture sales person was driving home from work when a car coming the other way turned into her, causing a crash.  She suffered a concussion, cervical sprain and a burn on her wrist from the airbag.  Since the salesperson was paid strictly on commission, her lost wages had to be calculated on her past performance. After documenting her wages, the other driver’s insurance company settled the claim for a reasonable amount.
